Does anyone feels that the Illuminati would be interesting group if it had The Leader(Samuel Sterns) and Doc Ock as members?

Not in the slightest. We already have all the moral ambiguity and philosophical conflict-driven drama just with the members who come from the heroes' side. The Leader and Ock would just be mustache-twirling villains who wouldn't really add anything new or be used in an interesting manner, IMO, and frankly, I can't see any circumstance under which the Illuminati would seriously consider asking them to join, let alone admit them). If you don't think the Illuminati are already an interesting group...*shrugs*.
Not one bit. There were alt-worlds with Doom and Magneto, but Leader and Ock? No way.
respectfully, no.
they lack the influence the Illuminati members possess.
the group is made of kings or heroes in prominent leadership roles of major teams.
What we used to call life has very little worth these days. Welcome to the very edge.

The Leader works muuuuch better as a member of the Intelligentsia. There's a "Revenge of the Nerds" vibe to that team that fits him perfectly.
"We live in a world of cowards. We live in a world full of small minds who are afraid. We are ruled by those who refuse to risk anything of their own. Who guard their over bloated paucities of power with money. With false reasoning. With measured hesitance. With prideful, recalcitrant inaction. With hateful invective. With weapons. F@#K these selfish fools and their prevailing world order." Tony Stark
Besides, we already had a villain version of the Illuminati. It was the Cabal.
