Default Just bought some new X-Titles, is there a certain reading order?

I just bought X-Men, Immortal X-men, X-men Red, Hellions & GS Storm, GS Jean & Emma, GS Magneto, GS Nightcrawler & GS Fantomex. Is there a certain reading order I should read these or can I read all of Immortal all at once or X-Men Red all at once?

You can pretty much read them in any order. Immortal and Red have been running at the same time, issue #9 of both of them having been released this week. If you're starting with X-Men year 1 (Rogue and Polaris on the roster), that and Hellions came before Immortal and Red.
As for the GS issues, read Jean and Emma before reading Storm's. I don't think the order of the others matters.

GS Fantomex is between Jean/Emma & Storm. The other two are either order.

Immortal #1 should be read before X-Men: Red #1.
