What era for Golden Frieza?

I think Orange Piccolo is strong enough to take down ToP-era Golden Frieza. And we don't know how strong Frieza's Golden form is after his... *sigh* ten years of training in a hyperbolic time chamber.

At least Orange Piccolo is a bit more than just a palette-swap. He gets really swole and way tankier, so the transformation seems to have more specific effects beyond just a general power boost. Name still sucks though.

Fortunately it was in a movie so Piccolo got to remember that he has cool other abilities beyond kung fu and beams. Stretchy arms and turning into a giant and stuff!

IIRC, i've seen claims that WoG states Piccolo and Gohan's new forms to be on par with Goku and Vegeta in Blue. Never seen the actual WoG though

I don't think Frieza uses Gold Frieza after that point. He used Black Frieza

He can probably still use Golden Freeza despite attaining Black Freeza. Just like Goku still uses regular old Super Saiyan despite getting God, Blue and UI.
