In terms of design, and not necessarily character, the original Gene Nation had some good ones, Marrow, Ever, Hemingway, and the unfortunately named Sack were all visually interesting. Apocalypse's kids all have great designs, I especially like Pestilence's look. And it probably doesn't count because none of them are canon, but a while back Larraz released a bunch of potential designs for Lactuca and they were all beautiful.

I mean, this thread is just for fun and I think people are thinking too hard about what constitutes non-human appearing. Personally I just meant any mutants who couldn't pass for human, not just non-humanoid mutants. So yeah I still count Fatale, same as Mystique or Indra or Blink.
