I wonder will we get to see the Fortress, where it will be (north pole? south pole? Bermuda triangle?), and will it feature all the silver age trappings like the menagerie and science labs. I hope they get away from the ice crystal design for everything. That was fun at the time but it's time to move on.

Have another form of kryptonite besides green and red. I actually liked the Zach Snyder conceit that the terraforming machines were forcing a different gravity upon him that weakened him. Hurt him in some different ways than the typical.

I hope that Metropolis is far, far away from Smallville. The Smallville TV show conceit that it was the more or less capital city of Kansas (like making Chicago in the middle of Kansas) was.. well, a choice. lol.

I hope that Jimmy is earnest but not stuck in golden age tropes.

I hope that the "glasses" thing can be dealt with in a non corny way.

I hope that Superman rescues people a lot instead of reacting to a fatal tragedy (nuclear explosions, etc.)

No animosity towards Batman, please. Leave that era alone. It's way past time.

They really do seem to be downplaying/concealing any body transformation for David Cornswet as he takes on the Clark/Kal role in official images. Saw this report purporting to show Cornswet shooting something on the side (someone suggested a MEN'S HEALTH type body article) while he's in Superman shape. Very Cavill-esque!
