Though I'll be real, I'd be perfectly happy to go without a WW movie if we got a great movie/series about the Amazons in the interim.

One thing I love about Gunn being in charge is how quickly these baseless rumors get shut down.

Yeah, I just saw the tweet from Gunn himself. I am glad he debunked the rumour and I truly hope that Diana gets the centrality and support in the DCU that she deserves as one DC's three biggest icons.

The last thing we need, is more New 52 stuff in WW's cinematic world. Spevially in terms of her being treated as just superman's girl. Who can't match him in power, morality and kindness. No thank you. I hope that overrated alien stays far away from Diana.

It's not a matter of how many movies he's been in. It's that they literally had Diana declare she can't be happy without him in her life. THAT is what needs to be scaled back.

Sort of like how we need to cut down on the idea that Superman will go insane and turn evil if Lois isn't around.

That's a different matter entirely than just eliminating him because he's run his course after 2 films.

The notion that Steve needs to be dropped because they went overboard with him in the DCEU has definitely been floated around the internet.

They definitely need to dial his presence back a bit, at least for a movie or two, but eliminating him entirely (or going the "old man Steve" route from Perez) is not necessary.
