Edward has basically no situational awareness and no follow-ups to his moves because of how cocky he is. He also doesn't demonstrate any notable skill in grappling.

On the other hand he has much better stats than Agito. I don't think Agito can hurt him that much with strikes.

Conveniently Edward carries a knife around, so he could use that.

Generally I'd say that if being bloodlusted is enough to overcome his ridiculous overconfidence, Edward wins by going 100% immediately and just overwhelming Agito with raw stats. On the other hand if he fights like he did against the Kure he ends up out-grappled and stabbed with his own knife before he gets serious.
