LGBTQ+ X-Men Appreciation 2023

I'm just making the new thread for the new year since I dont think we've ever had one. And if we have I apologize we can merge the two:

Obviously we have some major X-Men that are in the community like Iceman, Northstar, and Fang (aka Daken)

Newcomer in Somnus.

And if I'm missing any then the perfect thread for you to mention them and give them some spotlight.

I do know there are a lot that Vita Ayala created but I can't remember there names.

As well as the characters created by Strain: Morph and Hindsight

But the thing that inspired me to create this thread is that I know that it takes months to prepare for some one-shots and the PRIDE issues is probably prepping now for its June launch.

And I just wanted to show my appreciation but the New X-Men generation who really has been the most LGBTQ+ generation that have not gotten the love and attention they deserved.

I believe many authors wrote Gambit as bisexual (James Asmus who wrote his last solo wanted to make it canon but Marvel refused...)

Mystique and Destiny are lesbian X royalty and need to be mentioned with Northstar and Iceman as top X-Men queer representation. They are mainly villains but they're part of the Council now so they're kind of part of the team?

Additionally, New Mutants' last issue seemed to hint that Cerebella is interested in Escapade, Chance from the original 80s Fallen Angels series is a trans boy and you can pry that 'headcanon' aka truth from my cold dead hands but you'll still be wrong, he's a boy, he's trans, its fact, and also Kate Pryde is bisexual, but we all know there will be people who will insist BUT ACTUALLY until she actually says the words "I'm bisexual" or is in a clear definitive wlw relationship in canon even though she shouldn't have to but whatever. Oh and Theia from Marauders is same gender attracted.
