Ah.....even with that explanation, I don't understand what he means by, "I despise this farmhouse fantasy being shoved down my throat outside of the X-books." Is Frost treated as a stereotypical dumb blonde outside the x-books?

I meant "Frat house fantasy." I really do wish she would go away. one of the worst things to happen to the Marvel U in the last 2 decades.Ah.....even with that explanation, I don't understand what he means by, "I despise this farmhouse fantasy being shoved down my throat outside of the X-books." I think it's more like whoever is in charge of Marvel is trying to do to X-books, what Quesada and Bendis did with the Avengers in that those two wanted Avengers and Avengers ajacent stuff to steer the direction of the entire Marvel line including X-books with stuff like House of M dictating a decade long status quo to the X-books through what was basically a Avengers helmed crossover. You are kind of seeing this with Dark Web and I guess Iron Man where you have former x-writers parachuting in and bringing in elements/characters from the X-books like Emma and Madelyne.
[QUOTE]At least she isn't in the MCU yet. Disney/Marvel still hasn't launched many X-titles.[/Q UOTE]
Thanks be to God. Funny enough, before the editors let plastic Barbie eat the X-verse I use to enjoy when those characters crossed over. Storm, Rogue and Jean Grey have all interacted with Tony and the other Avengers in ways I enjoyed.
"We live in a world of cowards. We live in a world full of small minds who are afraid. We are ruled by those who refuse to risk anything of their own. Who guard their over bloated paucities of power with money. With false reasoning. With measured hesitance. With prideful, recalcitrant inaction. With hateful invective. With weapons. F@#K these selfish fools and their prevailing world order." Tony Stark
Duggan’s Emma from Marauders was developed a lot better than a lot of the cast, so I’m interested in seeing what will happen with this.
