Love that episode, especially when Mary Jane refuses Dormammu outright and effectively traps him in The Dark Dimension and he's all "No! Mary Jane! You can't do this to me! MARY JANE!" I am paraphrasing but I am pretty sure he was shouting her name as she vanished.

Should the 616 Spider-Man be a period piece? The answer is definitely no.

Should Peter Parker, who has been associated primarily with Queens & Manhattan, move to the Bronx? The answer is probably no. There is some storytelling potential, but that would be up to the writer. This would easily a mess in the wrong hands.

Should there be a comic book about a different superhero in the Bronx in the 1970s/ 1980s? That could work.
