I for one don't think Stellaris is one of the Sinisters.

2023 is starting off strong. I'm still floored that the palace was destroyed so fast. This ain't no game.

Vulcan is a good opponent for Storm, a good chance to show what she can do more than just throwing lightnings around. They are both extremely powerful, capable of dealing with cosmic-level enemies. Hopefully we would see entire battle, not just start and final.

Yeah, I want to see the battle last a bit. I want Storm to slowly kick his butt. Agreed that Vulcan is a good opponent. They are both Omegas, but only Storm is emotionally stable enough to truly control her powers. Vulcan can't do that. I could also see them having a mentor-like relationship in the future where Storm teaches him how to control himself better.

Agreed and she has the willpower for long endurance. He would want a quick flashy fight but she can turn it into a marathon.

We know she deflected that blast with ice/cold so...it's like, If that's his first shot, it's weak. And Storm is about to show him true strength.

I know that this is definitely scripted for Storm to come out if this the winner but I’m genuinely curious how Ewing is gonna make it happen in a way that makes sense without outright nerfing Vulcan especially given his feats. He’s so powerful that Havok had to absorb the power of a star to go toe to toe with him and Blackbolt had to sacrifice himself to stop him.

He is Cyclops’ son after all though seems Scott’s gotta teach him not to call them plan A or B since that implies only 26 plans.

Mine too. And this comes out the same day as Percy's X-Force, so the comparison makes it all the more painful. I need this team as the official X-Force and Percy's team disbanded as soon as his arch is done.

I wouldn't say Vulcan is nurfed. In fact Vulcan also has a bit of an Edge. Let's not forget that Vulcan died and when Mutants die and get Rez there is a side effect that happens to mutants once they are resurrected their Powers get an increase. So, if anything Vulcan is a Full Power and a boost to his abilities. But, at the same time Storm is every bit as powerful as Vulcan. So, it's pretty Even.

Also, based on the exchange that those three aliens had with Stellaris, it seems obvious that they are working for another master. It might be that Stellaris is NOT a Sinister and the Spade Sinister is the one pulling their strings.

I think so too. Because that Dialogue very much implied that Stellaris is NOT really in control.

storms absorbed the energy of the galatic core (billions of stars) so if absorbing a star was what was needed as you mentioned the woman who has done well beyond that with the galatic core as well as defeat trion, adversary and death can certainly make short work of Vulcan.

It would be an interesting direction for him. Someone strong enough to defeat him in actual battle, with some similarity in their powers and both being monarchs in the past. And not a telepath. So Vulcan could potentially listen to her advices.

Exactly. Vulcan is not some random nobody, he is extremely powerful opponent who singlehandedly conquered Shi'ar empire. And he also unstable and reckless right now, he would not care about destruction he causes, even if he destroy entire planet. So Storm should not only defeat him, but also pay attention to containing damage to the surrounding area. I want to see their entire battle in great details with great action and imaginative utilization of their powers.
