Hulks vs. Gigantomachia

Scenario 1: Class 1-A fails in their attempts to put Gigantomachia to sleep. As the attempt to flee, the giant decides to kill the "bugs" once and for all and raises his mighty fist. At that moment, Bruce Banner, fleeing the area, sees the kids in danger, and having no choice...and as much as he hates to, unleashes the Hulk to stop Gigantomachia!

Fight takes place during the war arc, neither side gets any help (no Paranormal Liberation Front, and no pro heroes/class 1-A...they all are either fleeing or knocked unconscious). Each character is at their best but normal iconic forms (so no symbiote wearing/Infinity Gauntlet wielding Hulk). Who takes it?

Scenario 2: Same as the first, but this time it's General Ross and Red Hulk.
