    I don't think that Luffy can do any proper damage to Escanor in his stronger forms. He can probably make him look cartoonishly goofy like he did with Kaido, but not really hurt him.

    Escanor on the other hand can most likely melt Luffy.

    Kaido's Blast Breath was in the vicinity of Escanor's level of heat, blasting holes in mountains and so on, and Gear 5 Luffy took it to the face with little discernable damage.

    Gear 5 seems a little tricky to assess for Rumbles because Luffy fully starts working in an entirely different logic than he does otherwise.
