Happy 85th to the Man of Tomorrow!
Big anniversary for Superman this year. We’ve got Williamson launching a new Superman ongoing with Campbell and Dragotta, PKJ continuing on Action and bringing in the wider Superfamily on Action with Sandoval, Christopher Priest doing a Superman: Lost miniseries, the final issue of Superman: Space Age by Russell and Allred, Waid continuing with World’s Finest and his Testament book with Hitch coming sometime next year, and likely more in the works.
Outside of comics we have S3 of S&L, Gunn’s new Superman reboot which we’ll probably get details of in January, MAWS is launching this year, the two Tomorrowverse animated movies LoSH and JL: Warworld, and for positive Superman rep in video games there’s that JL game coming by Outright Games.
2023 looks promising!

Happy 2023 to my second favorite comic book character of all time Clark Kent the original and best Superman! The first truly modern superhero. Often imitated but never fully duplicated. Without question, Superman is a top three candidate for the GOAT of all superheroes (alongside Batman and Spider-Man).
I'm ecstatic his secret identity has been restored in the comic books. The end of an error has arrived, yay!
