At the 33:00 mark King shares his opinion on how WW sees Superman, namely that he’s the nicest guy around and he’s hiding intense rage behind that smile.

It’s insights like that which make me want King to write him on a more long form project someday because despite how he’s talked down about Supes on occasion, I think he has a great take. Also encourages me that Gunn is leaning on him hard because maybe King can help Gunn crack the character when he’s stuck with the script for Legacy.

Does anyone watch Bill Hader’s show “Barry”? The show is amazing and this season had a big Superman reference.

I won’t go into details as I don’t want to spoil anything but there’s a character on the show who lives in the Midwest, wears glasses as a disguise, calls himself Clark, and he has a son named Jon.
