It could start out him just trying to get into lexs head without it actually being lex,then it can turn into more.

He could make a fortress of solitude in Hawaii,maybe down in a volcano.have some tech,like something that can tell him where the problems are around the world and a database to investigate things,but no grandiose things like in Clark's fortress. Have lex hear kon into the kind of Superman he thinks Kal should be,but won't.

Hm maybe if Kon had to fight one of those psycho evil super geniuses, and he consults the Lex AI ala Hannibal? Bringing it back to that idea from a couple pages back about Kon being the “Wildstorm” Superman, he could be tracking someone who is creating super humans and since Lex is the only guy he knows that is that kind of genius sociopath, he keeps the AI around as a consultant. It could work. Since Taylor never did anything with that tease about Humanite going after Jon, it would be cool to have Humanite and Conner fight. Have it so Humanite resents Lex “usurping” his role as Superman’s archnemesis and he targets Conner as a way to get revenge indirectly by hijacking Lex’s greatest creation.

Nostalgia and also because his t-shirt and jeans look is painfully basic. I asked Porter and Lindsay a while back if they planned on giving Conner a new look, and Lindsay gave a reply that hinted that was indeed something they were planning to do in his upcoming mini.
