Is that meant to be an Amalgam Spider-Girl - Kara + Mayday? The emblem she's wearing was the original Spider-Boy's, he was an Amalgam of Conner and Ben Reilly.

What do you think of this video comparing PG and Supergirl in the injustice 2 videogame?

For Action #1061 coming in January, Nathan Szerdy has drawn an homage to the famous Adam Hughes cover of Supergirl and the Legion of the Super-Heroes #23.

Actually it goes further than most homages - it's nearly identical. I wonder if, in the final art, he'll sign it "After Hughes".
Unfortunately this will be a 1:25 variant, which will make the customer price as high as the Hughes original at least sometimes seem to sell for. (Sometimes they sell for much, much more.)
(Darn, the new cover posted too small. I haven't found a big online version to successfully link to yet.)

Recently saw clip from the Flash movie showing Superman (Christopher Reeve) and Supergirl (Helen Slater) together. They were both so great in their roles, and it's a shame the failure of the Supergirl movie meant no more appearances of Helen as Kara. Frankly, I think a well-written film (unlike 'Supergirl' and the Superman movies after II) starring Superman and Supergirl could have saved the Superman franchise.
I actually loved the Supergirl movie with Helen Slater. It was kinda rough I guess, but it wasn't bad overall. Rewatching years after I first saw it I noticed a whole bunch of little details that made it even better than it was the first time I saw it. The Argo interior is AMAZING, and I wish we got to see more of it.
My big issue, has always been how the logic of why Kara comes to Earth is super dumb. Magic doohickey is the primary power for the whole city, but Kara can play with it like a toy? hunh? I know they needed an excuse to force her to leave Argo, but.... I think they needed a better reason.
