Well, that wasn't her at all, was it? Wasn't that in the comics the human Linda Danvers after separating from Matrix, and not Kara Zor-El? And the animated version wasn't Kara Zor-El either because they had an edict about Superman being the last survivor of Krypton at the time?

Are Frontier and juan678 both on your ignore list? I'm not referring to Garage. Frontier quoted the swimsuit cover post juan678 posted, saying that Kara's swimsuit looks like her costume from PAD's Supergirl run and the Superman cartoon - neither of which were actually Kara Zor-El.
