    Default Peter Parker/Spider-Man Appreciation 2023.

Here's hoping 2023 is better for Spider-Man after his awful 60th Anniversary last year. The Spectacular Spider-Man (2008-2009) turns 15, I love that show. TSSM will make his long awaited return in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (2023). Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) turns 5 as does Finale, Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man #310 which is one of the best Spider-Man stories ever. Happy New Year, it's 03:54am UK time!

The aforementioned Finale in Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man #310 written and drawn by Chip Zdarsky. It's a masterpiece.

Can't go wrong with the classic. I hope things get better for Peter this year.

Peter Parker is a top three candidate for the GOAT of all superheroes (alongside Batman and Superman) and my third favorite (he used to be my second favorite but Post-OMD many of his supporting characters like Miles and, for a time, Otto have had far more interesting stories and character growth) comic book character of all time.

I have Peter Parker/Spider-Man second only to Bruce Wayne/Batman. Batman has always been my #1 and Spider-Man #2. My third favourite would either be Steve Rogers/Captain America or Matt Murdock/Daredevil.

    I have Batman number 1, Superman number 2, and Spider-Man number 3.

Hopefully this year we'll see some updates from the Spectacular Spider-Man Continued and Spider-Man TNAS Continued fan projects. 2022 closed with at least one of the fan attempts at getting the MTV cartoon revived cancelled, but that was to be expected when it was a bunch of immature unprofessional schoolkids who hadn't even graduated. The other MTV fan project has a mix of students and professionals already working jobs.
