It's funny, I was just reading Spider-Girl and when they brought Cousin Kristy back they had a panel similar to MJ's first appearance. Not entirely the same I will admit, but the resemblance was a little unmistakable with MJ's shocked expression in the corner there:
But, of course, aside from Mary Jane herself the only other person who was ever able to truly pull that entrance off was none other than her very own daughter Mayday:

I guess that depends on how long Wells remains on the title, and how long you know who and the kids are around.

Practically only 10 minutes of total screentime and in my book one of the most underrated and likeable depictions of Mary Jane:
