At the very least, the Wildstorm anniversary story setting up the Stormwatch story included Peacekeeper-01, a new Bat-villain from Fear State, and one of the variants includes Phantom-One from the new Batman Incorporated series, so there's at least some tangential connections there as well.

Eh, I guess you're right but it's not more connected to Batman than, say, the Titans or the Suicide Squad.

Did they ever specify their ages in the books? I know there was that interview with Cloonrad where they were confused over how young the Batgirls were supposed to be.

I think they clarified that they were wrong in that interview.

Constantine as 40 does not track. He doesn’t feel like he should be older then Zatanna

They did and then we got a very vague definition of what their ages are.

How is Jimmy younger than Jason Todd?

It depends which version of Constantine we're talking about. I feel like Vertigo Constantine would be closer to that age though generally nowadays he and Zee are meant to be closer in age.

I feel like they just put that out there.

John can't be that young. Stephanie's age makes sense, but she was always older than Tim, so I feel she'd be at least 19, which is about her age pre-N52 anyway. And, Jimmy being younger than Jason wouldn't make any remote sense, that man is the same age as the Titans if not older.

But trying to create a firm line in the sand for character ages is fruitless because they'll age them up an down as they, please.

Ah, that explains a lot. I always wondered whcih was the attractive of this series, because the main premise didn't seemed that ground breaking.

Every age feels right except John's.

Weren't they Outsiders villains/antagonists? I always thought a modern version would have more heavy hitters than the original and entirely replace the old roster.

Hopefully, this isn't leading to Tom King on Outsiders, he's a one trick pony.

But in this present-day MAGA world with guys like Trump and DeSantis around, bringing them back makes sense.
