    So that means she has done that twice now at two different companies.

    Ms Marvel wasn't expected to make issue 7 and it went beyond that at Marvel and now here she does it with Ivy.

    Just further proof if you give a book a shot instead of what we normally see is pushback and boycotts and bashing-you might get a success story.

    I feel like this will be the new norm for DC Books moving forward that isn't the Trinity, a Bat-Book, or Flash.

    I think that’s personally a good approach. Put out a 6 issue mini and if people like it and buy it, upgrade it to 12. If people keep buying and liking it, make it an ongoing. Starting with small restricted issue numbers makes it so the writer knows how many issues they have, and they won’t have the rug pulled out from under them.
