I think it's because they're so similar that it makes it a little harder to write, though we'll see.

It'll be interesting to see Weisman write Miles because people associate him more with Peter and Miles wasn't even a thing when he was doing Spec (I think). I'm curious if the book will feel 50/50 split between the two them.
Yeah, Spec finished in 2009, Miles debuted in 2011, so he didn't exist yet.

Of course the artist is plenty familiar with Miles, since Ramos was the artist on Waid's Champions run.

finally Peter can have dinner with the Morales family. Miles' parents shouldn't be portrayed as being drastically older than Peter.

Oh yeah, do they know Peter is Spider-Man? I don't think so.

I think it might have been mentioned in one of the double troubles or that early arc of Spiderverse unlimited with Miles doing that college survey?

I mean marvel still likes to portray Pete as being in his mid-20s. Miles' parents would realistically be in their mid-30s pushing 40.

You know it’s not really important but I wonder if we’ll ever see how Rio and Jeff met

Yeah, Rio and Jeff SHOULD be older than Peter. Peter's 30 at the oldest, Miles is about 17 so his parents should be in their late 30s.

I think Bendis showed it in the Ultimate run back when Miles and Jefferson reconciled.

Miles double shipping again? I wonder if this is a test to see if miles' book can support it or maybe they're just trying to get to legacy issue 300 faster lol. Whatever the case is I hope they don't burn out federico vicentini

I think it's just the way the releases line up.
