^^^Gil Kane def. had a GIFT for cover work, no doubt.

Why the lack of love for the Patriot on the sidebar? Other than that nitpicking, great art.

    ^^^I noticed that too.
I’m a pretty big fan of the character.
I thought Jason O’Mara was great live action casting even if his story arc left a lot to be desired.

The Patriot mini-series written by Karl Kesel from a decade ago was amazing!

While I know the art of the stories to be different from these 2 scenes, this artist did indeed sum up perfectly the fights!

Warrior Woman would often grab Miss A out of the air and with her (seemingly) superior strength hurl her away.

Spitfire's pose is so good too!

He went through some variations over the years back in the Golden Age, though that might all have depended on the artist for the story.

^^^Thanks but I was just replying to what Nomads1 had mentioned!

^^^I like that they used different artists for each team, it gives Bucky and Toro slightly different looks.

Okay, so the Torch is going to “turn gangster”, but he’s heading out in costume.

Toro’s chilling, reading a Marvel Comic(!) but HE’S in costume (or less).

And there’s a framed picture of Namor on the wall.

Lots to process in this one panel.

Namor the Sub-Mariner, Marvel's oldest character, will have been published for 85 years in 2024. So where's my GOOD Namor anniversary ongoing, Marvel?
