I still hate that they brought back Jackal. I like to pretend he's just another clone like Chasm Ben.

For all we know, he could have been, but since he didn't degenerate at the end/epilogue of Clone Conspiracy . . .

The thing is I think the costume and idea behind the character is popular, as was her movie appearance, but she can't hold an ongoing comic any more and writers don't seem to know what to do with her.
