I will say that depending on continuity, theres technically only three characters there.

Still better than that initial lineup for Justice League Canada of Animal Man, Stargirl, Adam Strange, Supergirl, Green Arrow, and Martian Manhunter where nearly the entire group was blond white folk and none of them actually hailed from the country of Canada.

This really makes me think that, in some sense, Diana and the rest of the Themysciran Amazons shouldn't even be considered "white" or racialized in the way we imagine.

White, as a racial signifier, doesn't really come into play until the age of enlightenment--long after the Amazons have abandoned patriarch's world. That would mean, also, that the Amazons are technically outside of white supremacist capitalist patriarchal racial categories. They wouldn't understand or use distinctions based on racial aesthetics. If you asked them their race, they'd probably not get the translation, find it useless, or say "Amazon."

As a Black person, I don't think I have to be represented in *every* configuration. I just don't want to be intentionally or unintentionally dismissed or ignored or unconsidered in visual and other media.

But to be honest, with how often non-Black (and sometimes even Black) creators get it wrong and flatten and stereotype Black people in really harmful ways, I often feel that I'd rather be erased than misrepresented because the former is easier to correct than the latter.

That said: Yes, it would've been nice to see Vixen, Hawkgirl, and Doctor Light in that drawing. But since that was a commission, Mr. Perez probably drew what the commissioner wanted.
