The Marvels is out, and I've already seen spoilers for the post-credit scenes. One of them is about Monica (so isn't relevant to this thread), the other about Kamala.
spoilers:

Kamala tries to recruit Kate Bishop for a youth team. They're teasing a combined Champions/Young Avengers team! I wasn't expecting that - and I bet neither were the comics people at Marvel, as they seem to have benched the Champs to have Kamala join the X-Men. They might want to reverse track now! If the MCU is getting a Champions team, expect the comic to come back too - and it's probably going to absorb the remaining Young Avengers.

It was actually 13 of the Variants plus Spider-Boy.
The Champions Variants shown in Timeless all together on panel on panel were for:
Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Captain Marvel, Black Cat, Magneto, Wolverine, Dr Strange, Moon Knight, Ghost Rider, She-Hulk, and with Spider-Boy.

The 9 variants not shown were for:
Hulk
Storm (already a character showing up in Ultimate X-Men)

Black Panther

Star-Lord

Miles Morales
Deadpool

Yeah, the Storm one has been named Maystorm. Storm herself is appearing in Ultimate Black Panther.

The Black Panther variant sidekick is showing up on another variant cover for February so I assume she’s showing up again
