Sounds like there’s some sort of wrap up coming with issue #6.
Will the book:
A) Continue with a “Sophomore” year with Young & Ramos?
B) Continue Without Young & Ramos?
C) Wrap it all up with #6 and close the doors?

I would like that to be so or at least that the children of Amora the Enchantress (Iric and Alvi) appear in the Thor book or in a series such as Journey Into Mystery or Tales of Asgard with their mother, their father who it seems we will never know who he is and their aunt Lorelei (with Sigurd, of course).
It's called Finals for a reason. I think it's done. It doesn't seem compatible with the status quo in Scarlet Witch's new book, and of course Doctor Strange is about to be resurrected and will have a new status quo as well.

It's ending. In this form, anyway:

I'm going to relish and savour the next three issues.
While I wish it wasn't ending (I really enjoy this book and these characters) I do appreciate writers sticking to their vision. End on a high-note and leave me wanting more.

I was reading mignight sons, and think I’d like to see doctor voodoo take Zoe leveau under his tutelage in a new series.

And now a show may be in the works. My guess is a comic will come out to promote the show.

But at least four teachers from the comics aren't available - Doctor Voodoo, Nico Minoru and Magik aren't in the MCU yet, and Wanda isn't in a position to take a teaching job there either.
The article also claims Zelma Stanton will debut in Ironheart, which doesn't make sense. What purpose would a magic apprentice have in a show about an Iron Man successor? I think this is fake news.

Might keep it around as a way of justifying where certain characters are or aren't.
A certain writer in an interview got some ideas about the kids showing up in his current "Spider-Man" series. Although that would NOT happen this year as his run is already plotted out for this year. Year 2 all bets are off.
So they could pop back up next year if nothing else is planned for them.
And no that Spider-Man is not named Peter.
Technically, Nico could be available actually. I personally haven't seen anything to say the RUNAWAYS TV show wasn't/isn't MCU canon. Doctor Voodoo and Magik I agree about and Wanda is unavailable now but could be available again after AGATHA, theoretically (technically we don't know Wanda died, just that she was buried)
No TV shows not released on Disney+ (except possibly Agent Carter) are MCU canon - even Agents of SHIELD ended up being kicked off to an AU (it's later seasons contradicted Avengers Endgame). Even Daredevil (who's getting a new series with the same actor) will be taken in broad strokes - there's nothing to stop them recasting the other Defenders.

Just toss it like they did with Avengers Academy.
