So, is Simon still inside Rogue? I thought he came out of her (er, that does not sound right!) a while ago, but I may be getting that mixed up.

She'd likely let herself age naturally... if she had someone she wanted to grow old with, I think. She aged in X-Men: The End for example.

Though there are a few realities where she stayed youthful, notably in one Gambit had married Marrow, so I wonder if that had anything to do with her choice.

That was not a "reality" and should not be treated like one... or brought up again... or ever aknowledge as having existed in any shape or form EVER AGAIN.

Also Marrow has a mid-range healing factor, so she should have in theory only aged like Wolverine, meaning she shouldn't even look any older than Rogue there. Making the entire fake reality unreliable as source anyway.

Fake outrage aside, the topic of healing factor seems rather important to consider too, since anytime Rogue would use one from absorbing them, shouldn't it automatically reverse effects aging from her too?

He's out. Cast out by Deadpool's healing factor after she kissed Wade. But she retained his power...
