That looks like it's from Power Girl, since that's what Lilith looks like in that, so the artist is Marguerite Sauvage. Is it photoshopped though, with that retro looking Rae in PG's place? And is it even supposed to be Raven, the skin looks too dark?

It's not from the Power Girl book, but from the Power Girl back-up in Action Comics. Issue #1051.

    Yes, it's photoshopped.

If it’s worse then then recent events like Lazarus Planet Shadow War or Dark Crisis fine take him off the book. But let’s see how it plays.
Absolute blasphemy. Asking comic fans to actually wait for a book to come out before judging it? What kind of heresy is that!?! lol

Why so? I think it looks great here (Raven's design aside.)
It's the Dynamic Duo! Batman and Robin!... and Red Robin and Red Hood and Nightwing and Batwoman and Batgirl and Orphan and Spoiler and Bluebird and Lark and Gotham Girl and Talon and Batwing and Huntress and Azreal and Flamebird and Batcow?

Since when could just anybody do what we trained to do? It makes it all dumb instead of special. Like it doesn't matter anymore.

No offense to him or his fans, but his art has always just seemed so static and motionless to me. Just not my jam.

Personally when I think of dynamic and fluid art, I think of Ivan Reis.

Yeah I wouldn't call Reis' art static.

Especially since he draws a lot of motion lines and other visual effects so there is a sense of motion especially in the action scenes.

Yeah, just not seeing it. I think his renderings are fine, but I just don't see any real sense of movement in it. I guess he's fine. Just not a fan.
