I don't mind Donna and Garth as a couple, only because that would allow him an in on the team (though that's not a necessity). I just hope they both get their sons recognized in this continuity the same way Wally and Roy has.

She had her first appearance one issue before Mal, Karen had her first appearance 20 issues later, and the book was cancelled 8 issues later.

I don't know if Waid is playing fast and loose with continuity or just decided to set World's Finest in a sort of gap between Lilith joining and then Karen and Mal joining, but if those 2 are with the Teen Titans shouldn't Lilith also be a member in theory? My 60/70's Titans continuity is a bit fuzzy.

In the late '70s, when Lilith's powers were expanding, she had a premonition about a long string of 'Titans Deaths'. To protect herself, she used her powers to make the Titans forget her. At least she'd be safe from the Titans Death Curse.
