Love that Jean had quotes from her Phoenix/Dark Phoenix era!
Thanks Mercury for compiling the referenced quotes...I had a blast recalling them from memory.
I also saw this tidbit via Twitter/X:
"Immortal X-Men #17 will feel more special if you consider that in X-Men Animated, Rebecca Essex(Mother Righteous) was adapted as Rebecca Grey, daughter of Lord Grey, ancestors of Jean Grey."

While I knew where all of the quotes came from, it was so great to see the pics of the scenes related to them!
Thank you Mercury for presenting all of them! They are so powerful.

Like a Red Dragon, The Phoenix shall Soar in 2024!
I read Immortal and the issue did not give what needed to be given. More of a tease and not enough Jean
Wasteful issue of Immortal as expected judging by the next issues continuing with Forever. This Fall of X is masking itself itself quitely nicely with filler.
I think the original plan for Fall of X is to finish it by December before moving into next era but then Brevoort was announced as next editor.
I really liked the immortal edition, to be perfect there was only one sentence missing from here
