Isn't Diana supposed to become a fugitive soon. It would probably make it harder to have a team-up with Hal even if they wanted to. It's been long overdue either way.
Rip and tear until it's done.

That was from the mini-comics that were produced with General Mills and packaged with their cereals. And no, their products didn't factor into the story with the Lucky Charms Leprechaun as a 5th dimensional imp saving the world from Darkseid or anything like that. The stories themselves were just straight-forward one-off JL stories. There were actually two volumes (the second volume had JesSimon as the GLs) - you can read about it here: https://dc.fandom.com/wiki/General_M...e_League_Vol_1
They are. They have the lightness of an old Saturday morning cartoon but they give you a decent idea of their personalities and of the ones I've read there's usually an interesting team-up. (one of them has Flash teaming with Catwoman, with Batman deciding to tag along, because ... of course he does)
And here's Hal dropping a mountain on the Shaggy Man:

I have a few Hal Jordan/GL questions, please:
1) Is Hal's ring made of green energy solidified? Or is it made from some metal? Just what is the ring made?
2) Does the ring have a jewel center, the center part that shoots out the energy made from a portion of the central battery?

Well we're not 100% sure what is up with Hal's current ring and a firm answer on others is hard because, retcons, but normally GLC rings are made of some kind of martial. I can't recall what the most recent explanation was or if there has been a change since the 80s or not, but there they were made of the same martial as the batteries, a crystal made by the Guardians well some of the others were working on making the Manhunters. And the rings are stated to have a jewel though again we have ones that clearly break this rule. (The ring Hal forged form his own will had no place for a jewel) in the days when Hal was a back-up feature in the Flash it was revealed the raw martial for the jewels actually come from one of the moons of Saturn I think. The Jewel tends to visible only in the icon shaped rings. Again any number of these details could have been changed or thrown away by now.
