I think she's known since DC Pride 2022, just over a year ago. Babs was injured, so she took Alysia to the Clock Tower to treat her. Alysia seemed to have figured out her identity by the end of that story.

BoP is coming back but it seems to be more focusing on Dinah building a new team. Here is what she looks like

So maybe Dinah will be the only returning member for now

I don't think they showed Barbara telling her. Maybe she knew and it just sort of happened off-screen. I'd have liked to have seen that moment of course.
