I don't know if that should be surprising.
Archery is a skill that requires specific tools, so it may not be as likely for someone to try and pick that up versus a martial arts / fighting skill where your own body is the weapon and can be put to use more easily in sudden situations. (Besides, is she going to try and compete with Oliver in archery?)
^^^Well, I wasn’t thinking it would be that deep.
It would just seem natural to have had scenes over the years where we see Ollie and Dinah taking shots at a target (or Dinah showing Ollie some MA moves) while discussing this or that.
Couples usually show an interest in each other’s interests (without having to become an expert at said interests).
I mean, I got my spouse into comics, and she got me into rock climbing.
