I know I'm kinda late but I liked the way Storm cleared the room in Sins of Sinister #1. The psychics tried it, but our girl was ready for 'em!

i can count on maybe one hand the number of storm fans I've encountered that didnt like how Coates wrote her. they didnt like it primarily becausr Coates put storm and bp back together. that said, most storm fans like how he handled her. it was why there was a huge push for him.to write her solo and why the xoffices felt the need to make her an omega level mutant. moreover I come across a lot of readers who was first introduced to black panther via Coates run and they loved his book.

@thread - My goodness! Calm it down a few notches. Even when we disagree I don’t want to see my people banned. But I will say…like it or not (I’m currently loving it) it’s nice to have topics to debate about vs the years of regressive, stagnant, & passionless writing we had pre-Hickman. I liked Coates but I LOVE Ewing! It sounds like SoS will be on track to be remembered in 616 current canon once all is said and done, so I love to see this effect Storm’s long term plans for Arakko & Krakoa. And I’d love to see her leverage this knowledge for the Genesis War (if that’ll still happen). A lot of potential depending on what direction SoS goes.

That's what I'm looking forward to the most, truth to tell. The fallout of SoS and Storm's reaction and response. I wish Tempo would fast-forward time so that it would be May next week.

Yeah the arguments though too much, simply indicates a passion stirred by the current era. I too like Coates and love Ewing. Coates had ideas of where to take storm, fresh ideas when storm was stuck in a stagnant puddle. And Ewing has plans to work on storm in the charachter dimension. Re establishing her as the best xmen charachter after the atrocities of the post Claremont era. Storm is lauded by many innthe fandom now as the best x charachter and possibly the best marvel charachter at the momment. And that is because of Ewing.


I cant wait for the upcoming Genesis arc. And I am hoping desperately that red and arakko goes on for more than 100 issues.
