i guarantee that after this War the Next Chapter of Storm, around where she starts her Magical Journey, is when she will bring back her Capes and cloaks, and fingers crossed, her Diedem
She has a pattern of outfits and this one feels like the last one before it resets

My opinion is that anyone who doesn't stand in awe of Ororo's power has never truly been at nature's mercy. If you've lived through a flood, a tropical storm, a tornado, etc., you understand what this lady can do, and tremble at the thought.
