Might have something to do with the change in showrunners. It could also be due to budgets and timelines as the old look lets animators reuse many of her previous angles.

I guess it could also be easier to animated her normal look.

I feel like Ivy has a problem with sticking with a good costume.

Nora Fries is in other parts of the promo with Ivy so could be her but she's in her regular look there. Possible she goes for a Mrs. Freeze makeover later on.

They're making Batman and Robin figures, and even thought I don't love the movie, it is very nostalgic to me since I had all the figures when I was a kid. And this Ivy looks amazing. I might get her.

Quality of the film aside it wasn't the worst live-action realization of Ivy, especially in the looks department.
