Not having Greg Capullo doing covers for this, since he's doing Marvel work again, seems like a real miss to me.

Hopefully Cable takes over a team this coming year. Of course I want it to be X-Force. And like you said, Capullo would just be amazing doing the covers. That would top it off!

January can't get here fast enough. Really want to see what's in store for Cable and how he's portrayed. I'm thinking it's going to be good.

John Cena as a Cable variant, since there’s a rumor going around that he’s going to be in Deadpool 3 due to him posting a pic on his Instagram of Ryan and Hugh as Wade and Logan…

… personally I don’t think there’s anything to it, as he posts a lot of random things apparently. Some folks think because he auditioned for Cable and really wanted the role, but didn’t get it, that he might be showing up as a Cable variant. Hence the fan art above. Guess we’ll see.

They mention you in it! That's so cool! Great question and I loved Fabian's answer which describes Cable to the T. The struggle he deals with and keeps fighting basically.

Please comic book gods give me a X-Force team that is not lead by an evil Beast. I really think is a lost opportunity not to have the team in Red continue on as X-Force, but a new version will do. I just don't want any more paramilitary units, just a good ol fashioned Cable and X-Force team book. Have Thunderbird, Manifold, Domino, Sage, and Cannonball join him.

I really, really like that team you have there. I'd also like to see Deadpool and possibly X-23 Wolverine as well. That would be an aggressive and intense team Imo.

The Cable and Thunderbird interaction would be priceless again. I so enjoyed the little bit we got in Red.
