While Leah's stories is somewhat contested, it is great that PG has finally gotten another ongoing.

At this rate all thats left for the Superfam is a new Supergirl book along with a Kenan book.

I assume the run will prolly be pretty different from the back-ups since it seems to be heading out of the therapy office that the back-ups have been entirely set in. Should provide more opportunity to expand on her apparent new mental powers beyond therapy lessons.

Let's hope so. There is scope for her powers, depending on exactly what they are, to be useful, or even fairly effective. But not if she's stuck in the therapy office.

Very excited that Power Girl is getting another solo book, but unless Williams has a really damn good reasoning for "Paige" other than "it sort of sounds like PG" no...she's Karen and needs to stay Karen. Williams is capable of a really great story, I've really enjoyed what she has written previously so I have moderate expectations for at least a decent book. Pansica is an excellent artist also.

Yeah going by the solicit it seems to be going to more traditional superheroics. Which if so would necessitate PG's psychic abilities to wrack up new offensive functions if they are intended to remain relevant beyond the therapist setting.

Giving her a psychic attack that can scramble people's minds for a bit would be an easy application.

Just say that Karen has a shard of Jewel Kryptonite in a ring or something. It gives Kryptonians Psi powers, mostly telepathy.

Fun Fact: ancient Krypton had "mutants" who did in fact NATURALLY have psi powers. Hmm.. what if one of their descendants still lived? Yeah, that's a new character though.

Isn't there a Kryptonian martial art that uses some sort of mental combat? If so, she could become good at that. Or since we don't know which PG this is, or exactly what her background is, perhaps she already was good at it. Make her the surviving master of it, perhaps.

Ah, well then. What else could she do with her new powers that hasn't been done to death in DC and Marvel with such abilities? In terms of using it to fight, as that is the most important thing a superhero does.

She appeared at the beginning of Titans Academy and I think was also called Powerhouse there as well (but I could be mis-remembering.)

This is wrong. Tanya was revealed to have taken the name Powerhouse in Future State: Shazam. That's her most recent appearance, she was never in TTA.

Well, tor'quasm'vo got introduced as a way for Superman to combat mind-control oriented villains. Yes, like Max Lord.... Ask the guy who wrote the Max Lord story why not Max Lord! Erm, anyways, Superman did in fact use it to defeat Dominus.
