Do they? She was based on a record album.

Nightcat was developed by Stan Lee and RCA Records. The intention was to create a comic character who crossed over into the real world and could release records and promote merchandise, similar to that of Dazzler, who was also a singer. Marvel Comic hired actress/singer Jacqueline Tavarez to portray Nightcat in real life. However, neither the comic nor the album was successful and the idea was dropped. The character appeared in a music video for a song by Joey Buttafuoco and was last seen in the film Tromeo and Juliet.
She showed up in a troma film? Does troma own her now?

There seems to be a slight confusion here. They hired a real singer/actress to portray Nightcat and that person's real name was also used as the secret identity for the character.
I feel safe in saying that the actress not the character is the one that got topless in a Troma video.

They own her then. Probably just retired her because the album flopped and the real life singer would probably be owed residuals due to them using her name and likeness.

Marvel should bring her back and have her do a sing off against dazzler! Deadpool could be the judge!

They could. They own his human form. Just name him spaceknight and give him a new robot form. They did that to keep godzilla!

Maybe they should trade Death's Head for Rom with Hasbro.

I don't see a property called 'Death's Head' being all that popular with parents

Ultraverse is in the "marvel owns them but don't give a crap" category.
