Anyone have eyes on NIGHTWING #100? This article refers to Donna as "Wonder Girl" repeatedly so I question if they are just working off of antiquated info or if she's referenced as such in the issue?

There's nothing WG about her in that issue. Just usual Titans Donna.

It's embarrassing. Dick is still a big part of the Batfam, Wally part of the Flashfam and....Donna gets like a cameo in the WW title for 1 issue.

Of course, Robin, Wally etc they were all created as sidekicks, who then we're brought together for Teen Titans....she really was created for Teen Titans, so I guess it's sort of cosmically balanced that she's more prevalent there than in WW? Lol.

I love that cosmic star look. But, is there some reason Donna had it in the first place? Could she tap into stars for more power or to use as navigation when flying?

The starfield, like the other elements of the original Troia costume, was a gift from the Titans of Myth according to the version of Donna's origin where she was a Titans seedling program and trained on New Cronus. From NEW TITANS #55:

Unintentionally though. Wonder Girl did already exist, but she was basically the same as Superboy. The writer thought she was like Robin. You'd think they'd do something as simple as checking what the civilian name is (it was, of course, just Diana - not even Diana Prince, because Wonder Woman took that last name when she first became a superhero in World War II and replaced a woman called that) before using her. Of course that meant the Wonder Woman writer had no plans for Donna.
