What's "random" about her? It's not like she showed up without explanation. The Angela story was just finally following up on the end of Mighty Thor #22.
uhh.... so is this the comics version of aging up TV sitcom babies to 6 year olds after summer hiatus? oh boy.
does she control Mjolnir now?
Admitably seeing Laussa grown up, the main issue with her is that she's basically just a female version of her brother. They are dressed similarly, they look similar, and she's a warrior, so they went the most generic route with her in that appearance. And because she's an OC there's not really any interesting myth stuff they can bring in.
A better choice would be to make Skadi Thor's sister if they want to add in more female Aesir to the main cast.
He remains at Marvel for a title to be announced.

Woof! Man was still solicited for #32 as of the March solicitations. Wonder what changed...
Hmm...JUAN GEDEON AND SERGIO DÁVILA are set on doing #34 (And Sergio's on Captain Marvel the same month). Sure feels like an emergency fill-in kind of thing.
Also, Cap Marvel seems to be wrapping up? Between that, Hulk, and maybe Thor (Thanos feels like the endgame), major upheaval is in store for the Avengers office
Thor's family tree is going to be more complicated than the Grey-Summers one, and he might be part of that one too. He has a brother, two sisters, whatever gender Loki feels like being, one dad, three moms, even for a god this is ridiculous.
Have you read these Legends of Asgard novels? If yes, what can you say about it.
