It would be up to those fans to prove it was their idea.

Because there is nothing saying DC did not think of that years ago or it was pitched and never went forward.

Grey Ghost already exist in DC. It's not like DC couldn't do it or eventually have Bernard become him.

I think the Titans outfit is gonna be closer to his original comics outfit that finally stepped away from the underpants! Hahah, those were ridiculous!

But Gray Ghost has potential. Would that legally be harder now that it's gained traction from these news websites? Hmmm... Maybe!

I want Tim as Robin—-the only Robin—-and back in his classic original costume. The current costume is similar but not the same thing. I would also like Chuck Dixon to come back and write Tim’s series.

Originally the name was Dick's but he gave it to Jason. So Tim moving beyond Robin onto something new felt appropriate. It's not unique to him as the various superboys/girls, kid Flashes, speedys should just move than to something new to keep that name forever.
