I'm pretty sure Synch's story is ending before the vote though, with Old-X-23 out.
Jean and Cyclops are the two sure locked ones, with probably Magik. Duggan seems to love writing Forge too so we'll see if he stays. Iceman and Firestar will probably go, maybe on the Uncanny team with Rogue and Havokoa.

Duggan's mentioned probably not sticking around for Year Three on the X-Men title and odds are that if Uncanny Avengers is happening he'll go there, but I swear to freaking GOD if he takes Iceman with him AGAIN.....

I wish they'd stop this nonsense. No one is ever happy and the vote brings out the worst in people (X-fans on twitter are vile).

The winners don't usually do anything in the main book. It would be better if the vote was for a mutant to have a one-shot annual.

I must applaud Marvel for milking this x-voting for all it's worth on social media. The best thing about it this year is that we're hopefully seeing the last of Forge, Havok, and especially Firestar on the roster.

Still hoping my boy Banshee gets back on the ballot along with Monet. Banshee's been done so dirty lately, and he's due a spotlight and good stories. M, too, especially after that X-Business Meeting That Should Have Been An Email debacle.

I think the must have for me in this next round is Monet. Most of the Year 1 characters have ended up in books and Monet is the highest profile character that's been part of these votes that hasn't been claimed yet. Also would love an Academy X character (Surge just got placed into a mini so it probably won't be her).

I am very interested to see how this book co-exists with what is seemingly going to be an Uncanny Avengers relaunch. Both books have similar mission statements and have been linked with Duggan.
