Well, Cassandra get the BlackBat codename before New52. She has a supporting role in Batman Gates of Gotham.

I think she had a Scooter when she started as Spoiler (not sure how much she used that for crime fighting) but later as Bargirl she had the "Ricochet" and got near the end a Mini that could transform similarly to Tim's Redbird.

Right you are. Cassandra has only really been shown riding generic batcycles and occasionally a batwing. Batwheels has her owning Bibi (The Batcycle). Gates of Gotham showed her driving a Batboat. As far as I know, Bondo has been the first car she has been shown driving.
