Which means, she looks like the adult she should be, and not a teenager. Cass should be around the same age as Young Justice, and Tim should be seven years older than Damian - which means Tim and Cass should both be at least 21 (and Steph should be 22, as she's older than Tim, or at least she was in her original Batgirl tenure where she was at college and Tim dropped out of high school).

I always thought Cass' 'older age' was just a rationalization to justify Bruce throwing her up against criminals even though she had no civilian life, support system or even the ability to read.

Leave her a teenager, IMO.

Pre Flashpoint it was actually established that cassandra is two years older than Tim (I think some where at the beginning of Fugative it is said that she is 17 and Tim only 15) and that she is around the same age as Jason. Which would make her 23 (and woudl also mean that Dick is now roughly 30) based on damian's current age.

That was pre-New 52/Rebirth/whatever-it-is-now; with the universe having been rebooted since to the current statue quo a few times since, they're apparently younger in this reality than their original variants were.
