They look like they're in the Champions book - this is the same artist as the second half of their last series (and the same writer as the first half).

A few different theories. One is that once they found the capsule, they took it to Reed Richards. Reed used "Bio-Stimulants" which damaged Jean's access to her Telepathic powers. Originally Posted by Chris0013
