It is easily his best one! It puzzled me when, after Ollie returned, they regressed him to Red Arrow rather than the Arsenal identity he had grown into. Glad to see him and Lian are good

Red Arrow wasn't a regression - he took the name upon joining the Justice League, and at the time it was a new name, so it doesn't make him sound like a sidekick (it was intended to make him sound equal to Oliver). He reverted back to Arsenal only because of the New 52 reboot - and of course has kept it since because Emiko is now using the Red Arrow name. It would only be a regression if he went back to being Speedy.
