Apparently the events of Justice League cry for justice sort of happened, but Lian didn’t die, Cheshire just dropped her off at an orphanage.
So he’s asked his friends in the Titans and Jason Todd for help, they just haven’t found her. Though Cheshire has, though only in teaming up with Catwoman as Lian became Cheshire Cat, a sidekick to Catwoman.

Yes! Only because cybernetic/robot arms/limbs are one of my favorite things in fiction.

I was concerned that his trucker/baseball cap might be returning to his costume...but this isn't Roy on the cover of LAZARUS PLANET:LEGENDS REBORN...is it?
Although I would certainly embrace the 'Bro hat over the cybernetic arm ANY DAY. Especially since it replaces his vintage archer hat from his original look.
